Smooth pipes on rough seas

B to B - from Belgium to Brazil. On this transatlantic route, Conceptum Logistics regularly transport pipes for oil-well drilling installations, refineries and power plants.

The characteristics of the pipes - special coatings and beveled edges - require the greatest care. Our special techniques for handling and for securing on ships again and again ensure delivery without loss for customers.

So it is here.

Project overview:
From: Antwerp, Belgium
To: Santos, Brazil
Cargo: 53 pipes, piece weight of up to 6 t, lengths up to 6,71 m (toal: 191,744 t)

Centre lathes in many individual parts

For Conceptum Logistics, flexible loading models are a matter of daily work - in one case, such multi-part loading consisted of 51 packages for horizontal and vertical centre lathes.

In detail - the two largest packages (30 t. / 662x370x384 cm. and 32 t. / 758x324x322 cm.) were loaded "break bulk" with one container ship. The remaining 49 were shipped on nine 40' flat OOG, one 20' flat OOG and in ten 40' HC and a 20' DC containers.

We find the best mix, even for the most complex transport projects.
