- Sell and manage our client’s services to customers.
- Negotiate and close on pricing and services proposals across the suite of services offered and managed by our client’s company.
- Create and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
- Lead and strengthen business relationships with customer organizations while encouraging each prospect for improved performance or increased business levels.
- Qualify leads generated from various sources.
- Prospect and build a pipeline to grow existing and non-traditional customers.
- Make cold calls to prospect on leads and start the sales process using question-based selling techniques followed by a consultative sales strategy.
- Use prospect lists to identify key contacts with target companies who are decision-makers for the services offered by our client’s company.
- Perform at a high level, producing the required number and type of qualified leads.
- Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager – which include but are not limited to credit inquiries and collections, pricing reviews, etc.
- 80 % travel required to designated accounts within the specified regional territory.

As Senior Manager Customer Relationship Management & Sales (m/f/d) you will be joining the team of our Conceptum Logistics branch office in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The Conceptum Logistics Group is specialized in project logistics. We develop individual transport solutions for our customers and transport freight – no matter how large or heavy – to the most remote regions of the globe. Founded in 2002, we have a variety of clients on all continents and are represented at many locations worldwide with our own branch offices (USA, India, China, Finland, Spain, Germany, Colombia, Peru, Canada, Türkiye and Uzbekistan included). Many years of experience abroad, reliable planning, proactive response times, short decision-making, and a “hands-on” focus, ensure long-standing relationships with our customers.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Project Cargo, Heavy Lift & Supply Chain, Sales, and Account Management, and a proven track record of business development or account.
- Experience in managing sales activities within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Time management, organizational, and communication (verbal and written) skills.

- Male candidate must have a complete military service.
