As Manager Business Development (m/f/d), you will be joining the team at our Conceptum Logistics Sweden office in Upplands-Väsby, Stockholm. You will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the logistics sector. Your role will include analyzing market trends, crafting tailored solutions for clients, and negotiating contracts to enhance our competitive position.

The Conceptum Logistics Group is specialized in project logistics. We develop individual transport solutions for our customers and transport freight – no matter how large or heavy – to the most remote regions of the globe. Founded in 2002, we have a variety of clients on all continents and are represented at many locations worldwide with our own branch offices (Canada, United States, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, South Africa, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, India, China and Australia included).   • Identification and development of new clients and partners
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Management of an established customer base
  • Explore market trends and develop business accordingly
  • Develop calculations and prices for new business opportunities
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives and prospective accounts in these markets
  • Develop innovative logistics solutions/cost reductions to gain customers
  • high integrity and proven credentials in the Freight market in Sweden ( Nordics ).
  • Thorough and detailed understanding of the Forwarding business
  • Minimum 5  years of sales experience in international logistics
  • Excellent knowledge of shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, Invoices, survey processes, insurance processes .
  • Experience in working with CRM systems
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize appointments and meet reporting deadlines
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Fluent in business English, further local languages an advantage
