YOUR TASKS

  • Sell and manage our client’s services to customers.

As Chartering Manager (m/f/d) you will be joining the team of our Conceptum Logistics branch office in Houston (Texas). You will prepare quotations and charter space for our project, breakbulk and bulk shipments at home and abroad.  You will sell and develop our chartering services within the group, to our existing clients and develop new accounts.

  • Negotiate and execute charter parties / booking & fixture notes on behalf of Conceptum.

  • Complete handling of global project shipments (OOG, Heavy Lift, conventional shipments, and container shipments) including customs clearance and interface control
  • Analyze RFQ’s (Request for Quotation) from customers
  • Ability to obtain competitive pricing from shipping carriers and airlines, based on RFQ’s from customer
  • Develop large volume tenders and optimal solutions to ship the cargo
